In-person support is what our farmer support team is all about. This team meets regularly with our farmer partners on everything from milk quality to continuous improvement. The team hosts regional meetings to strengthen our Horizon community and give farmers the chance to learn from each other.

Helping farmers steward the land
Our “regen ag” team are experts in soil health, water management, and biodiversity, and they run our Regenerative Agriculture Program. They offer education and resources to all our farmer partners. When a farmer wants regen ag advice, an entire team heads to the farm.

We support our farmers with profitability consulting, intergenerational transition planning to keep farms in the family, and estate and retirement planning.
HOPE Scholarship
Since 2007, we have gifted 95 scholarships to the children, grandchildren, and young relatives of farmers in the Danone North America network who are working to earn a degree in agriculture or related fields.
